One of the options is "follow" I think you can set that only for certain boards and then only those will show up in your feed. I haven't experimented with it yet, but I think it will work. I actually started trying that option at first, to "follow" certain boards, but then I realized there were like 100 plus different boards and counting. So... I was hoping there was the reverse of "unfollow" a specific board instead. Like a "follow all" except this one specific board or thread. Arrr...
