Well, if we're current-eventing, Canada has jailed a father who refuses to stop referring to his biological daughter with female pronouns.

When the vigilante lynching begins, they will start with the judges who jailed that father.

Speaking of 'judges'...
Milwaukee Journal Sentinel:

Quote

A Milwaukee County Children's Court judge was charged Wednesday with seven counts of possessing child pornography...

Other sources say the judge also "headed 'Drag Queen Story Hour' " reading books to children.

Helaman 7: 4-5

Quote

4 And seeing the people in a state of such awful wickedness, and those Gadianton robbers filling the judgment-seats—having usurped the power and authority of the land; laying aside the commandments of God, and not in the least aright before him; doing no justice unto the children of men;

5 Condemning the righteous because of their righteousness; letting the guilty and the wicked go unpunished because of their money; and moreover to be held in office at the head of government, to rule and do according to their wills, that they might get gain and glory of the world, and, moreover, that they might more easily commit adultery, and steal, and kill, and do according to their own wills—

Within mere days of being appointed, Biden's new Secretary of Housing and Urban Development may have violated the Hatch Act.

For the record, when I was younger I had a hard time convincing my parents that the odd pains I was feeling, especially in my back, were more than just the normal "growing pains". By the time I was an adult and able to get enough money together to go see a doctor, the "odd pains" had turned into scoliosis so bad that it had led to my hips and legs being warped to compensate.

In addition to being in near-constant pain (it'd take multiple rounds of surgery and months of therapy to correct, as one leg is actually longer than the other), I also have a bit of trouble with steps and can potentially stumble if I'm not holding onto a railing or something similar.

So I can understand Trump going for the railing or asking for a bit of help getting up and down if he's likewise got back or knee issues.

But for Biden to just stumble like that, even when attempting to grab the railing, raises very unfortunate questions about his ability to move.

World watches the President of the United States go up stairs.

... or not.

I honestly do not understand why of all things that if someone stumbles - that there ought to be any criticism.   I do not like Biden but this is not something I think ought to be criticized.  Also it looked to me that he may have hurt himself.  I have hurt myself catching a step - even when I was much younger and in perfect health.   I personally have lessor respect to those that make something of stuff like this much more than those that unintentionally stumble.

Probably because the right has had enough of the left and it's double standards.  They are getting pointed out and I see no issue with that at all.

Indeed...  I have lived long enough to learn that stairs can be hard.. (I have my share of issues and near misses with them)  So that I would not criticize or laugh at someone that does have a problem.  But if a person has the pride and arrogance to laugh and mock someone that did (or was) having such issues, then they have better never ever miss a step ever in their life.  Otherwise they deserve (and should expect) to get it right back at them.  Biden is one of those people...  He has no call for mercy or respect when he stumbles because he did not give any.

Really? I must have missed the invite to the Biden's Liberal Laugh at Trump's Falling Down party. No matter.

I fall. I fall a lot. I'm not at the professional, Hollywood stunt man level sort of falling. I think I am approaching the 'expert' level of falling in terms of hours spent practicing.

As a young person I had a cane to help prevent falls. Then I progressed from a cane to a walker (but I don't call it a walker - it's a rollator). Currently, I am transitioning from a walker to a wheelchair. The cane lent me an air of 'distinction'. The walker/rollator is much more effective but also looks silly. The wheelchair, while most effective and safe, is just sad. At no time have any of these devices or the lack of them indicated any information about my cognitive abilities.

The same is true of all the presidents - including the last two. If you don't like Biden then don't like him because of his policies. Laugh at him because of his personality or style or the inevitable hypocrisy that all politicians land themselves in. Not his inability to walk up a set of stairs on a boarding ramp.

The same is true of Trump. Laugh at his bombastic personality and his hyperbole if you like not his inability to stand straight or his tendency to lean like a tree in a heavy wind.

Or do laugh. Laugh at the silliness of a society that elects old men and then expects them to behave like young, healthy people who never experience any of the pains or pangs that it means to be mortal.

In any case, there are no conclusions to be drawn from Trump's wobbles or Biden's falls about their political platforms. For those you've got to look elsewhere. Sorry.

BIDEN ON TRUMP: “Look at how he steps and look at how I step. Watch how I run up ramps and he stumbles down ramps. Come on.”

You are ignoring the obvious reason for conservatives taking note of Biden's bumbling and stumbling. He brought it on himself. Why are you not decrying Biden's undisguised hypocrisy? More importantly, why are you not decrying the undisguised partisan hypocrisy of OUR NEWS AGENCIES?

It was nice of him to give a perfect example of the Hypocrisy I (and @mirkwood) was talking about

Hypocrisy is bad enough.
Next they will blame conservatives for the wind.

Perhaps it is just me and the way I was raised but being stupid and acting silly was never acceptable regardless of how popular it was at the time.  The words of my father still echo from my youth when I was oft disciplined.   "Don't make excuses and do not talk to me about what everybody else is dong - Tell me what is the good and right thing to do!"  Or as our prophets have taught - not just good or better but "best".

If the right (conservatives, Republicans or whatever) are going to present something different than the left (liberals, Democrats or whatever) then they should at least behave as if they are more enlightened and intelligent.  What ought to be done is never about what others have done as it is about the simple logic of what is right.  Anybody can be a mirror and reflect the mistakes of others - but Jesus charged his disciples to be a "light" to the world.

Sometimes "the simple logic of what is right" is very much dependent on "what others have done".

If you want the original video: https://twitter.com/CurtisHouck/status/1372941569834299398

Now, full disclosure: Opining about how 70+ year olds move about, was stupid when the prior president was president, and it's stupid when the current president is president.  Dumb then, dumb now.  The value of this story, is in how people point mocking fingers of scorn and laughter at someone in one situation, and defend someone else in the exact same situtaion. I think they call that hypocrisy, or at least a double-standard.  X for me, not for thee.   It's one way you can tell if someone's opinion is worth listening to, or not.

Sorry - I thought I was. Biden is a terrible hypocrite. So was the previous guy. All I am trying to say is that someone's ability to walk does not provide any information about their other abilities (or lack thereof). RE: News Agencies - they make money getting people to watch them. They will put up anything if people will watch it.
