September 27 would have been Glenn Gould's 75th anniversary. Here he is playing the the Courante from Bach's Partita No 4.

Will there ever be another Glenn Gould?

I've been a fan ever since I read Silence of the Lambs.

I have a wonderful CD of Gould playing the Goldberg Variations 50 years apart. When he was young, when he was old.

Sounds good. What say you and I go grab one of those meat pies?

I'd love to Moksha. But only if I can have a priest pie!

LOVETT: Here we are, now! Hot out of the oven!

TODD: What is that?

LOVETT: It's priest. Have a little priest.

TODD: Is it really good?

LOVETT: Sir, it's too good, at least! Then again, they don't commit sins of the flesh, So it's pretty fresh.

TODD: Awful lot of fat.

LOVETT: Only where it sat.

TODD: Haven't you got poet, or something like that?

LOVETT: No, y'see, the trouble with poet is,'Ow do you know it's deceased? Try the priest!

Okay Berry and Pammy, I think my David is the best!

Here he is again, this one takes about 2 minutes to get to the good stuff, but is well worth the wait...

Vanilla! Those were gorgeous. Where do I know them from? I can't figure it out?

Awww Pammie...I almost have tears in my eyes! (it doesn't take much, lol)

This takes me back to my happy pre-teen years when I loved Donny and my older by 3 years sister loved David...our bedroom wall was plastered in posters and pics of the two of them...

I could listen to that song over and over again...thanks for posting it :)

Oh my heck! I found the funniest series of videos today. It's called "On The Lot" and I grabbed six of them. But if you watch any of them you'll see links to a gazillion of them. They're like Twilight Zone meets Sound of Music. :D

On the Lot: Dough, the Musical

On the Lot: Time Upon A Once

On the Lot: Time Out

On the Lot: Week 6 (The Mermaid)

Sunshine Girl

Enjoy!
