Full name use in Patriarchal Blessings

I have a question and wonder if anyone else's blessing is like this. I haven't met anyone else whose blessing is like this so I am searching for a reason that it is. Most everyone I know has a Patriarchal blessing that the first line says there full name. So for example Jane Doe, having authority, blah blah blah. Right. Well my patriarchal blessing says "Dear Sister" It never says my name anywhere in the blessing (except at the top where it has my name, the parents name, record number etc but it is just the informational part not the blessing). Has anyone else seen this or experienced this?

I haven't, but then again, I'm only really familiar with mine and my wife's.

Have you looked at blessings of your deceased direct-line family members?  You can request them here:  https://pb.churchofjesuschrist.org/pbrequest/home/family
