The short version: A radioactive capsule measuring 8mm by 6mm fell off the back of a truck somewhere on the 1,400 kilometer route from a mine to a major city. People are looking for it. If you come within one meter of it you'll receive radiation equivalent to about 17 chest x-rays. The package left the mine on January 11 but nobody realised it was missing until January 25.
