That actually looks like a pretty cool looking hat and Dark MAGA sounds cooler than just MAGA or Trumper...

GARBAGE:

Does anyone think everyone is making mountains out of molehills?  This is politics.  Mudslinging is what they do.  Du-uh.  So, why are both liberal and conservative media making such a big deal out of this?

A "roast comedian" used the word.  Then Biden used the word.  This is a whole lot tamer than calling people Nazi racists.  What's the deal?

Biden has now done this:

image.png.4e767205c1bcfae840b1641d711fafbb.png

I noticed two things.  First (the thing everyone pointed out) they added the apostrophe to change the meaning from the individuals into the rhetoric that the individuals were spewing out.  And this is different than a roast comedian doing the same thing? (which he didn't BTW, they completely missed the joke).

The second thing I noticed is that they put the apostrophe in the wrong place... unless they meant only a single supporter.  Maybe that was the joke?  Trump only has one supporter?...?...?  Not buying that.

This isn't a blog.  This isn't a forum.  This is not a simple text.   This is WH.gov official website.  That's who they have running this website.

This isn't politics.  This is a serious punctuation error!  I'm totally offended at this.  How dare they misplace the apostrophe!!!

SMH.

I can no longer support this White House.  This is the last straw that broke this camel’s back.

And why are we using camels to carry our straw?

Lol.

Speaking of cliches, I always wondered what good cake was if you can’t eat it. So when people say “they want the cake and want to eat it too.” I’m like “Duh, what else do you want to do?”

Well, you see, it is a Seussian metaphor.

Camels store it all in a single hump dump.

Or they can stump from the hump of the wump of Gump.

Then a straw can pump from the big plump hump.

And have Biden jump over a clump and a lump.

That chump just gave a bump to the election of Trump.

Sorry, can't hear y'all over the sound of Puerto Ricans defending the comedians' comments and wholeheartedly agreeing.  Anyone who has been to PR can confirm - the place has serious problems with multigenerational, never-ending, almost inhumane poverty.  And it has for a long time.

https://centropr.hunter.cuny.edu/reports/pervasive-poverty-in-puerto-rico/

I mean, trying to pin it on Biden at a Trump rally isn't really the flex the comedian dude thought it was.   It's not like this is a new problem.  Also not a problem that govt has never tried to fix before.

Can't hear you over the Puerto Ricans forming caravans in support of Trump.

Can't hear you over the sound of Trump capitalizing on the word "garbage" in his usual way:

But yeah, as we all turn into elementary school kids in the days leading up to the election, telling on each other for saying things, it would be nice if we could actually pull up our adult britches for a moment and think about the plight of folks in Puerto Rico and what might be done about it.

I think political junkies do this all the time.

I'm torn about the outcome of today's election. Part of me definitely wants good policies and politicians chosen. But knowing what has been prophesied, part of me just wants to jump to the worse part of what the future holds and get it over with. But if I had to choose, I would say if the Church needs more time to establish itself and prepare for what's ahead then I still have to go with a good outcome for this election. Otherwise, I think I'm at peace with no matter what happens today.

Gonna be a crazy day.

So many lies and disinformation.

They are showing minimal to no lines at any of the voting sites.

An article I read the other day said Republicans have seen a surge in mail in ballots where traditionally they vote in person. Might be part of the reason. It's hard to know if increased divisiveness will cause more people to vote or make them tune it out altogether.

Just heard an ABC newscaster report a democratic sense of desperate enthusiasm.

Is that a good thing?

Solid advice for election day (and the days leading up to it): don't pay attention to polls, projections, or other sensational stories about either party. It'll make today a lot less stressful. Remember, ABC *knew* that Hillary was going to win in 2016. Everyone did.

I can tell you that a lot of Dems are worried that Jill Stein might play spoiler again, as am I. Dems underestimated leftist dissent in 2016, and I fear they're making the same mistake this time around with the Free Palastine movement. Here in MN at least, I feel like the party failed to create good messaging for voters who are stuck on the Gaza genocide.

Am I the only one here who dislikes the get out the vote efforts that happen every election? The problems we face as a country are not because some don't vote. It's because some (actually many) who do vote but have no idea what they are really voting for. Uninformed voters will be the death of this country. The messaging should be "Get informed before you vote." Of course it's becoming increasingly difficult to find truthful, unbiased information so that doesn't help.

No, not at all. On facebook today I posted my thoughts.

I’m not going to lecture anyone to go vote. In fact, if you don’t know who your congressmen is and you can’t locate Poland on a map, please stay home and let the grown ups make the choices for you.
