Descriptions:
“Mother” is a sacred title and in this Mother’s Day video members share their thoughts on the sacredness of motherhood. Whether it’s faithful, charitable, selfless, gentle, willing to sacrifice, patient, service oriented, brave, or unshakable, these members describe the amazing Christlike attributes their mothers exemplified in their lives. As Elder Jeffrey R. Holland states “No love in mortality comes closer to approximating the pure love of Jesus Christ than the selfless love a devoted mother has for her child.” The purpose behind the making of this video is to demonstrate our gratitude and love we have for our mothers and mothers everywhere. We hope to portray a small part of that gratitude with these examples, to help every viewer of this video understand the Christlike attributes of a good mother.
