Descriptions:
Temples have been around for thousands of years. Temples have been built in order to set apart a place of holiness for worship to God. Many temples still exist today but aren’t built across all christian religions.
In this episode, Dave talks about the purpose of ancient temples and whether or not they were no longer important after Christ’s death.
Today, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (otherwise known as the Mormon Church or the LDS Church) has about 160 temples dotting the globe. The temples are used for worship as well as performing work for the dead.
