He is a prophet, seer, and revelator just like the prophets who testified of Jesus Christ in the Bible and Book of Mormon. The Church holds a semi-annual General Conference where the Prophet, Quorum of the Twelve Apostles, and other church leaders give spiritual and inspiring messages.
