In the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, the leaders of the Church hold a semi-annual General Conference for the entire world. The conference is broadcast on YouTube and is available to all who are able to listen.
In the October 2019 Women’s Session of General Conference, Reyna Aburto gave a powerful talk about depression, anxiety, and suicide. She talked about how we can trust in the Lord even in the most difficult times.
