Ganel-Lyn talks about hope and light to come. Tomorrow can happen. She talks about her sister Meg, who died by suicide 7 1/2 years ago, and she was tired.
How can you bring it up? Just ask! Start there. If you’re afraid of offending someone, it’s ok, let’s be more afraid of not having the conversation than the fear of not offending.
September is Suicide Prevention Awareness Month, and this week is National Suicide Prevention Week.
The world is a tough place. Everyone either deals with mental health issues, or you know someone who has mental health issues, or BOTH! Please help us share this, and let’s celebrate therapy!
