Melinda Wheelwright Brown is an author and educator, her newest book is called ‘An Endowment of Love: Embracing Christ’s Covenant Way of Living and Loving.
I wanted to speak to Melinda because I learn a lot about the way she views the Temple Endowment, an important part of worship in The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Some highlights from this episode include how to see Jesus’s example in the covenants we make in the House of the Lord, why the phrase ‘going through the Temple’ isn’t adequate, and how Latter-day Saints can make going to the Temple as warm and exciting as visiting their grandparents as a child.
