With the recent passing of our beloved Prophet, we wanted to pay tribute to him for leading a remarkable life.
President Thomas S Monson lived a life of service. As Ian says, President Monson was always ready to respond to the call.
Growing up, Thomas S Monson was known as Tommy. He served in the military toward the end of World War 2. He was later called as a bishop for the Mormon Church when he was only 22 years old. During his service as a bishop, he served continuously. At age 31, he was called to be a mission president and then at age 36, he was called to be an apostle for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
We love our dear prophet and will miss him so very much!!!
