Members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (sometimes called the “Mormon” Church) believe that after the death of Christ and the Apostles, the early church fell into a general apostasy and the authority to direct God’s church on earth was lost. In this episode, Dave talks about that controversial doctrine, and what it means for Latter-day Saints and non-Latter-day Saints today.
