Supporting Loved Ones Who Leave the LDS Church

Many faithful Latter-day Saints have friends or family who leave the Church. It’s hard—especially when the gospel brings you so much joy. The desire to bring them back can be strong, but the Book of Mormon teaches a powerful lesson through the story of Enos.

Enos was taught the gospel by his father, but it wasn’t until later—while hunting alone—that his father’s words sank deep into his heart. He didn’t change because someone persuaded him. He changed after wrestling with God in mighty prayer. And in that struggle, he found his testimony.

If someone you love is struggling with faith, follow Enos’ example. Share your love and testimony, but let them wrestle. Trust that God knows and loves them—and He’s working in their hearts, just like He did with Enos.

I think a big part of trusting God is trusting that He gave us agency for a reason. God knows what He is doing when it comes to His children. #lds #mormon #hiphop #newmusic #applemusic #churchofjesuschristoflatterdaysaints #spotify #ldsquotes #christian
