You Are Priceless in God’s Eyes
When John Hilton was a kid, he thought his football cards would make him rich one day. But he learned a hard truth—something is only worth what someone is willing to pay for it. Turns out, his cards weren’t as valuable as he hoped.
Now, think about that in terms of our worth to God. In Doctrine and Covenants 18:10, we read, “Remember the worth of souls is great in the sight of God.” But how great? Verse 11 gives us the answer—Jesus Christ suffered and died for us. That’s the price He paid because He sees us as infinitely valuable.
So, if you ever feel like you don’t matter, remember this: The Savior of the world gave His life for you. That means you are priceless.
@webelieveapp Our worth is great, not because we’re flawless, but because Jesus Christ paid the ultimate price for us. In the We Believe App today, John Hilton reminds us that the worth of souls is great in the sight of God. Find this message in the App library until March 6th.
