Darla Day has a heart of gold and her story is just as beautiful. In her teens, Darla decided to join the circus. She loved her work and was successful in her endeavors but not everything was perfect. Darla found herself getting more and more dependent on alcohol during some of her more formative years. She told herself it wouldn’t go to far but it escalated without much notice, until it was too hard to escape.
One day, Darla was driving on the freeway between a prison and a temple of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (otherwise known as the LDS Church or Mormon Church).
