Ian, Kwaku and Justin talk about their favorite Old Testament stories.
Justin talks about 2 Kings 2:23-24… but is he mentioning the story as a joke? Hey, we’ll let you be the judge. Justin then talks about his other favorite story of the Old Testament in which Abraham is told to sacrifice his son Isaac. Justin emphasizes the importance of sacrifice and that God had to go through something similar with the sacrifice of Jesus Christ. Justin talks about the importance of sacrifice and giving up all for God.
Kwaku talks about his favorite story in the Old Testament being Daniel in the Lion’s Den. He talks about Daniel having a divine protection over him. He says that even when there is nothing available to protect us, God will.
Ian’s favorite story is about Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego. He says that it’s very easy to cave when questioned about their beliefs. he says that it’s easy to question our testimonies. But when Shadrach, Meshach and Abednego were questioned, they were willing to go into a hot furnace to not deny the Christ.
