Ian Morgan Cron is a bestselling author, nationally recognised speaker, Enneagram teacher, trained psychotherapist, Dove Award-winning songwriter, and Episcopal priest. His newest book is entitled ‘The Fix: How the Twelve Steps Offer a Surprising Path of Transformation for the Well-Adjusted, the Down-and-Out, and Everyone In Between.’
I wanted to speak to Ian because I find his experience fascinating in finding the 12 steps to be a great framework for more general discipleship and creating a more welcoming and open atmosphere at Church.
