Alex Boyé, a well-known Mormon vocalist, released a clean version of the famous hit, “Uptown Funk.”

The Nigerian-descent entertainer takes viewers back in time with his “old town cover,” which also features Jean’s Golden Girls, a group of dancing grannies.

Boyé made some lyric changes to Mark Ronson’s song, which features Bruno Mars, to make it more family appropriate. Time refers to  Boyé’s cover as a “sanitized version” that the whole family can enjoy. While the original artist sings lyrics like “put some liquor in it” and “hot damn,” Boyé modified the words to “put some Kool-Aid in it” and “hot dang,” respectively.
