I am returning to church activity after an absence of 5 years. I have attended sacrament meeting for 3 times but have been trying to be very quiet and very unnoticed. It's difficult to be invisible in this church! I am fasting this Sunday and am praying for many things. Since I don't really know who to ask and I can't find an answer in the scriptures...I know to abstain from eating food but in a true fast does one drink water or not?....Julie
