Can you guess my name?
I was on the social news site Digg.com and someone mentioned they had seen an ad for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. I was not aware that the church advertised on the web through banner ads so I was searching to see if I could find one and found this site, so here I am. I listened to the Elder Ballard talk on the front page and found it interesting, seems like a reversal from a few years ago when the church asked everyone to take down any LDS site they had. That seemed to me of course to make all the anti-sites even more prevalent. I am glad to see we are now encouraged to use new media and the internet in a way to share our faith.
Just a bit about me..I was BIC, served a mission in California, have 5 kids, 4 girls, and 1 boy. Look forward to meeting some of you :)
