I have just been given the assignment as a high council member to be over the Primary in our stake. I am in a college ward. Can someone please help me with some ideas on where I would find out what my responsibilities would be? I can't find anything in any handbooks but I may just be missing it. Where do I get the training and where do I find the responsibility list? Thanks
