is sunday school for everyone?

this may seem like a silly question but i am going to attend my first LDS church service this sunday, and i need to know how long they last. not for myself, but for my work, since the church is happening beforehand, and i need to know if i need to switch shifts! i have heard some people say it is 3 hours, is this for everyone or just members? or is it shorter/longer? cheers, and thank you :)
