Hi, I am a 55 year old woman who is seriously committed to an LDS member who has been married with children. I am wondering how this will affect our committment to each other once his divorce has been processed and we are free to marry? I understand (I am not a member but have Catholic background) that his children are sealed to him and his former wife and as I am just learning about the Mormon faith all I have right now are questions a belief in and love of God, desire to learn about LDS and a great love and respect for the man in my life. Thank you for your patience and for helping me in understanding this new life that has chosen me, but I would like to know how having his 1st family sealed to him will affect he and I both in life and death. :)
