I joined this site to get help for a husband who struggled with pornography before we got married. After years of lies, I found out everything i ever dreaded came true yesterday. I'm joining this site to hopefully get good well-rounded views about the subject. I'm a philosopher(DON'T RUN AWAY YET!!!), and I find that I have extremely different views on several subjects....so bear with me...
This makes it incredibly hard for me to come to terms with just EXACTLY what it means to have a husband tempted in immoral directions.
It doesn't seem like I can really find anyone with good answers to my questions. The answers always turn out quite generic.
Let's get down to why men struggle with pornography. I would propose that because we live in a world where it's ok, or the norm to watch immoral movies, television, read/ look at magazines with women barely or not dressed and whatnots, that that is why it is considered the 'norm' for men to STRUGGLE with pornography.
Everything needs to be divided and weeded through here.
I have found that there is so much more that goes into pornography than we care to take note of; philosophically, logically, psychologically, and emotionally.
Satan has his claws on everything in this world...except the family. But he's getting a lot closer to destroying the family every day. So let's take a turnaround and get to the bottom of this evil issue at hand.
