so according to that doesnt that make EVERY religion a cult? From www.dictionary.com...
definition of cult:
1. a particular system of religious worship, esp. with reference to its rites and ceremonies.
2. an instance of great veneration of a person, ideal, or thing, esp. as manifested by a body of admirers: the physical fitness cult.
3. the object of such devotion.
4. a group or sect bound together by veneration of the same thing, person, ideal, etc.
5. Sociology. a group having a sacred ideology and a set of rites centering around their sacred symbols.
6. a religion or sect considered to be false, unorthodox, or extremist, with members often living outside of conventional society under the direction of a charismatic leader.
7. the members of such a religion or sect.
Well. Shoot. It does look really watered down.

i dont have kids myself yet, not even married...but i know how my parents think about it...its not going to affect how your judged, like others have said...unless u know u should have more but u dont. my mom wanted to be done at 5 but she new there was someone missing...turned out 2 someones. and i know my family would be missing alot had she not listened and stoped at 5.dancegirl, totally. Utah people have lots of children. Yes, I also know many families in Utah that have 3 or 4. Just like the rest of the world. utah STILL has lots of large families!!!!! So when this post started, "You didnt have enough children", I thought it would be interesting to hear what utah/parents of large families would say. Reflection, darling, reflection.
if that makes sense

Anyone from Utah want to respond?
what does it matter where they r from? why utah?
Um.....Utah IN GENERAL has large, large LDS families. Those guys are baby makin machines, let me tell ya. I might get reamed for saying that, but really now. Is that a false statement?
yes...i know alot of familys with only 3 or 4 kids...there r also a few with 7 or so like mine...but really ppl utah isnt that different than anywhere else other than the fact that there r more LDS...but we dont act any better or worse than any other LDS person

i personal dance, and personaly yes there r things that r needed like the tighter pants other wise it might get in the way or not be able to move also in most Ballet they only have spagetie straped costumes or else the sleves get in the way of the arm move ments and such so yes some of it is nesisare but others like showing my tummy and to much back me personaly am not a fan of...my guidline has always been what i would wear swiming...they talk about modest swim wear and such so i compare it to that...but yes i agree we tend to focuse on modest as just clothing. people most sertinly can dance inmodestly and other things as well

those books remind me of the book "a child called it" also about an abused little boy very sad and disturbing to read what this mother did to her son.
-
i think if she really needed help she could find it from people in her family and people that live near here who could actually help her...not much we could do now is there. That's it. Isolate her from those she knows so she can't reach out for help.
Isn't that just peachy.
