Hey all. I'm new to this stuff. I am actively trying to find religion and have become very interested in Mormonism. I've already met with missionaries and have started reading the Book of Mormon. My biggest problem right now is that after years of basically being a card-carrying atheist that has researched reasons to NOT believe in religion, I am having difficulty connecting to things. I want to believe in the things I am reading but find my inner cynic coming out. Anyone have advice?
