[Santo Domingo Temple marriage?]

it's the only temple in the dominican and it's just a nice destination to travel. i was just wondering what the laws may be there since it's a different country

Hey everyone just a question about having a "destination temple wedding". I live in an area with lots of temples and thought a small destination one with family would be neat. Does anyone know if the Dominican republic laws require people to be civilly married before performing a Temple marriage/sealing? Looked it up and can't find anything! thank you

I love the gospel and my saviour so much however it would break my heart to leave my family out on my wedding day since I am the only member in my entire family. I'd just like to hear if anyone else has experienced this or advice people may have
