Winnie, What does ARK mean? I see you are still dancing :) I believe ARK means "Act of Random Kindness." Am I correct? Dig that crazy dancin'!

I'm hoping that's the case as well. I am still reeling from the bashing I took last weekend on that message board, so I would say I am hyper-sensitive right now. Time will tell if I'm just overreacting.

Have you ever been shunned at an LDS message board? What I mean by "shunned" is that your posts are viewed but no one responds. I post at another message board for LDS women. Ever since I got enmeshed in a discussion which was started by my asking some questions about temples and worthiness, I feel I am now on some sort of "shun this poster" list. Perhaps I'm imagining things, but when even women you thought were your friends start ignoring you, well ... Sorry to sound like a crybaby. I just wanted to know if anyone here has experienced something like this.

This morning I was hurt deeply by comments directed at me personally at another message board I frequent. How I dealt with my hurt feelings was to go to the Gospel Library at lds.org and download several articles on hurt feelings and forgiveness. Reading those articles has helped me so much. How do you overcome hurt feelings?
