On a similar note, While on my mission our Mission president was a Bible/Book of Mormon Thumping Southern Mormon who while a Stake president would not allow Members to have a TR if they drank Coke. He would actually take their TR away if it was found that they did drink Coke. This carried on until members in his domain started to complain. The complaints trickled down to SLC. My Mission president was then visited by President Oaks. They went for a drive, the Mission President was driving. When they came up to a convienence store President Oaks told him to stop, he then got out and after a few minutes returned to the car with a Coke in his hand. He then popped the top took a sip and eyeballed the Mission president and asked him if he was going to take he TR away? This story came from my mission presidents mouth. He actually bragged about the encounter.

I see nothing good coming from all the talk. Holy Hell, some of these guys LIVE for the soapbox, I on the other hand do not. I prefer action instead of talk. Having said all of that dribble, there are times when I bang my head against the wall and state the obvious, Polygamy is one of those subjects, I dont get it. I dont get why others accept it. That fact scares me more than anything else. Having lived in the Middle East and now Utah, I see very little difference between the Muslum fanatic and the conservative Mormon. I find it amazing that there are so many of you who try to analyze the somantics of Josephs marriages and not just SCREAM IN OUTCRY that He married another persons wife or daughter at all!!! I am disgusted by the whole thing.
