    OK, so I'm Tempted to come- but I might be too shy to come, I am still kind of new here to the site, not really well known to the site members really at all. It's only a 3 hour drive, and I think I might be able to get off work early enough. But, eh, Maybe next time- hehe.

    along with your question u can ask, why is it that only our services (general conference to name one) get picketed. how come when someone does something bad and they r catholic does it not read that on the head lines only if he is lds do they scream his/her religion.

    i say again its cuz we have the ball (the truth) in football your not gonna go and chase the person without the ball it would be pointless. satin is the Defence coach all he cares about is stoping the person with the truth so he uses his little players to do just that....i could go on and on with how the gospel is like football but ppl might think im really weird so i'll leave it at that. we have the ball satin doesnt want us to get anywhere with it. end of story

    My uncel went through this. his wife was unfaithful and stoped doing her part. he then found a new wife who has made him very very happy. but for there strangeth and happieness he got his previouse mariage sealing unulled yes he had to go talk to the bishop and it had to be confermed by the first presidency....to my recolection though his recomend was caceled and he couldnt get another for a little while...but i could be mistaken i mix things up alot. so i would for sure check cuz u would want your fieanca to be able to still get sealed to u :)

    so im pretty sure its not in my head...i took ur advice (which note i have been trying before this as well)

    but i was out in the living room all day i talked i smiled i joked and it was all good. but then when someone came over to the apt and was talking to us the girls said. "oh hey we r going to see taken (which i had told them i really wanted to see) tonight do u want to come" so i pip in oh u guys r going to see taken when? around ten oh cool. now yes here is where i could have said can i come too but i have done that so many time i feel like they say yes just because they feel bad. maybe its selfish of me but i want them to want to ask me. so when ten rolls around im just sitting in the living room chillin and they all start to leave and all i get is a have fun see ya. :(

    so i guess im not really looking for advice maybe this should be somwhere else i guess really i just wanted to vent cuz i think i know what to do but im tired of doing it oh well keep smiling right

    i have done that....im out there and they r talking about oh we r doing this or that and so i kinda pip in and say that sounds fun can i come and they say sure but when i go i feel like im ignored the whole time so its not that i havent tried cuz i have when they do ask which is rare i go. but i never feel wanted

    so im feeling left out. i want to go have fun with my roomates and stuff but i also like comeing on the site...but my computer is in my room. and they always go off and leave me home alone. and last night i asked my roomate where she was she said "its a secret" come to find out she was just at the boys apt down stairs. i dont like being left out of things...and i have mentioned it once or twice and they say "its cuz ur always in your room" but how hard is it to come in and say hey were going here wanna come? (yes i have stated that to them) but im still left out....and well it just hurts

    i would agree with hordak. that idea was inconcevable back than so the prophets of old never had to address it. which i believe to be a good sign that hmmm its probably not good. but thats not my point.

    The LDS believe that just like the words and teachings of prophets of old became scripture, the living prophets words and teachings today become scripture. so though its not the bible or the book of mormon, "The Family: A Prolamation to the World" given by the prophet is scripture.

    that being said my scripture refrince comes from there "We further declare that God has commanded that the sacred powers of procreation are to be employed only between man and woman, lawfully wedded as husband and wife."
