Again, I think it depends on what type we are talking about -- primary or secondary psychopaths. Joseph Stalin was obviously a psychopath -- he also had long-term goals and was able to accomplish various intellectual/political goals. So in this he doesn't fit several of the criteria in this link. Some have speculated that Bill Clinton was a psychopath but again, the descriptions in this link don't seem to fit him.

From my understanding psychopaths are over-represented in careers like law, emergency room doctors and business. I would think these people probably secondary psychopaths falling into the charismatic category. Not sure a psychopath would make for a good bishop or stake president but they'd probably be fantastic mission leaders.
