deepthinker
our young women are having major issues with our new young women's pres. the presidency was recently changed and, being the laurel's pres, i am experienceing it a lot. but there are a lot of things that they are trying to change that we have been doing for years. and it really odd things like, changing rooms, (ie, the left reoom in the multi-purpose room versus the center with all doors open.) and silly things that their making us do, and, i know it's stupid, but my girls are having a really hard time with it. any advice? iamalighthouse
We had that problem in our young women. We had our entire presidency replaced and had to keep telling them that this was something that helped us to stay focused or that we really wanted to be left that way. None of the leaders have been in the young women for 10 years and we had to tell them flat out that we would like it to stay that way so it doesn't mess us up. they were pretty willing to make us feel comfortable. deepthinker
right, but a lot of times we get stuck in a rut and it takes someone from the "outside" so to speak to show us that it really should change. i'm just worried about helping "my girls" adjust to it, and muself as well.
