can/pouch amounts

I am looking into doing a food order and cannot find on the providentliving website any amounts except for wheat, rice, and milk. Does anyone have any idea how many pounds go into the can or pouch of the bulk items?

Look on the order form. It states the approximate amount of food in each can or pouch.

That's right. You can buy it in the can, or bulk price.
