lds2 Posted March 31, 2017 Report Posted March 31, 2017 (edited) I follow a site on FB where people of the Jewish faith keep track of when their Feast Days should start according to the instruction in the bible (rather than calculated, as was done after the diaspora). According to these folk who have been watching the barley harvest (as it must be almost ripe in order to do the wave offering during Passover week) and for the New Moon (which is sighted over Jerusalem) it began two days later than the traditional Hebrew calendar one finds on the internet. So traditionally when both of these things (the barley and new moon sighted) were witnessed to the Sanhedrin the New Year would officially begin. This year the New Moon was sighted on the evening of 29 March so 30 March is Nissan 1 according God's Biblical Calendar. So that moves all of the Feast Days back on the calendar by two days this year! That means that Rosh Hashanah or Feast of Trumpets which is found on the Hebrew calendar on the 21st will actually begin on God's Biblical Calendar on the evening of the 23rd of September. This date is when the Revelation 12 sign happens in the heavens! You can google that or watch my video called "His Signs and Wonders in the Heavens" (blue slide with stars and with yellow writing) on Youtube. You can see other times when this sign was significant in LDS Church History here with Brother John Pratt's scholarly work... http://johnpratt.com/items/docs/2016/clothed_with_sun.html At the end of his article he talks about how the total solar eclipse (first one in decades in the US) will happen in the United States of America this year and he thinks it is likely significant but he doesn't know how...you can find out that it is part of another series of heavenly signs watching the youtube powerpoint above. Also the third major Heavenly Sign that will happen this year. Exciting Times with regards to His Signs and Wonders in the Heavens!! Edited March 31, 2017 by lds2 Quote
