Clip Holverson Posted February 18, 2019 Report Posted February 18, 2019 I have always loved the song Ave Maria. It's a musical masterpiece and beautiful in so many ways. I've been hoping they'll include it in the new hymn book, but realize some changes need to be made to do so. I came up with some new lyrics for it. You could say I didn't really come up with them... they are almost entirely quotes from Luke 1 and 1 Nephi 11. This arrangement is intended for piano and voice or violin/flute. I'm working on adapting it to a hymn format so they will consider it for the new hymn book. Let me know what you think.
