Missionary Health Guide

I have been looking for the missionary health guide for a long time. It's the blue book that missionaries get to guide them in their physical exercises in the morning. I am not going on a mission for a year, but I would like to get that book early. So far I can't find it on the Internet, and all the returned missionaries I know don't have theirs anymore. Where can I get this book? The MTC? How do you order stuff from the MTC? Does anyone have a copy they will sell/give away? Thanks

AFAIK they are only available at the MTC. You get one. If you lose it, you lose it.

However, the catalog number is 02370 12000. A search on that catalog number at Church Distribution turns up nothing.

We left one of ours in the Philippines, but we are not willing to part with the other one.

I was looking through the whole house, in every nook and cranny, and cannot find my precious Missionary Health Guide that I carefully tucked away. So, I did a Google search and it came up with the old (year 2007) postings from those in the same situation. I phoned the Church Distribution Services and learned that the current cost of one booklet is $6.85. The clerk went to check on the item number to place the order and he was informed the booklets are only available to Mission Offices. So, for those of you who have also seen that priceless booklet go astray, you need to make "friends" with your local mission President to see if you can purchase one from his office. Buena suerte!
