Sorry for the delay! (Technical difficulties…)
Welcome back to another week with Unofficial Missionaries. We are so glad that you have tuned in. Today we will be talking about the way that we know that we can be led by God during our lives here on the earth.
Often times it can be hard to know if God is really there. It is hard to believe in someone that we don’t have the chance to see every day. As members of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (occasionally still referred to as Mormons), we believe that God calls Prophets. What is a Prophet? A Prophet is a man that has been called by God to act as His mouthpiece for us while we are here on the earth. Isn’t that so cool? When we listen to the words of the Prophet, we in essence are listening to the words of God!
We are also going to talk about the most important Prophet that was ever called while here on the earth. This man was a perfect man. He came to the earth with a purpose to provide each of us with Salvation. Do you want to be saved? We sure do!
We hope that as you watch this video that you will be able to better understand who we believe that prophet that God has called today is as well as the role that Jesus Christ plays in our lives as the greatest prophet to walk the face of the earth!
