Click on BEGINNERS on the left side of the page and then click on GETTING STARTED. About half way down the page you will find the link "Beginner's Training Program".
  2. Welcome to the forum delio32. I hope that you will find what you are seeking here. I'm sure you'll discover that everyone here is more than willing to help in any way they can.
  3. Thank you very much for your warm welcome. We in the military have to put up with a lot and it's nice to be appreciated. I'm familiar with the article to which you refer. I believe the title is "Shall They Not Both Fall into the Ditch? What Certain Baptists Think They Know about the Restored Gospel". Daniel Peterson is brilliant and this article is amazing. It's especially meaningful to me since I was a Southern Baptist prior to my conversion.
  4. Wow! I'm amazed to have received so many greetings already! To answer tree's question about my call sign, that's something of a mystery. One day I came into work and someone had written "ghetto outlaw" on my locker with a Sharpie. I never found out who did it and can't imagine where they got the idea but it stuck and I've used it for years. In response to the question about what is LDS apologetics: The way I would describe it is to say that I like to study my faith in-depth so I can explain/articulate why I believe in Christianity in general and the LDS faith in particular from a logical, reasoned perspective. Does that make any sense? A good example would be what the folks at FAIR LDS do. They have a great website. I give it my highest recommendation.
  5. Hello to everyone! I'm an Air Force officer and decided to use my call sign as my user name. I was baptized into the church on April 6th, 1995 and I've been having a blast ever since. LDS apologetics is my hobby and I teach the CTR 6 class in my ward. I look forward to some great discussions and meeting some great people here!
