I think traditional Christianity could be much more accepting of the LDS Church and its members. At all the Baptist and Presbyterian churches I've been too throughout my life, I've never seen a Pastor openly denounce the Mormon faith, but I still see some major misconceptions and downright animosity towards the Church in some of the members of the congregation, especially in the Youth. I think what we all need to realize is that in the end, we are all serving the same God. Sure, we may all believe different things, but that shouldn't stop us from loving each other as human beings.

Eh, it just came to me. I was trying to think of a name that somehow involved the weather (sounds dorky I know, but it's a subject I'm really interested in), and DistantThunder stook out. It does sound Native American-ish now that I think about it lol Thanks for the compliment and the welcomes!

What's up everyone? I'm a 17 year-old Denver resident, and a non-devout Protestant that's investigating the LDS Church. Anywho, stumbled by the site and it looks like you have a great community going on here, so I thought I'd join in.
