The first number--16 means the building number-the slash is either the korpus number (which means there are several buildings in a row, each number 16 and then 1,2,3 etc)-or it means which entrance into the building-usually 1 or 2--in this case #1). That is how they do all addresses in Russia. It has nothing to do with the size of the city. If you are by the Metro, I'd go early and look for missionaries arriving and then walk with them to the building. Good luck--

Rachelle, For couples to serve a mission they must not have any dependent children and they must financially pay for the mission. You and your husband can plan for this when you retire. Their are lots of couples who serve in many different places and do many different things serving. Ben, There is not an age requirement to be a mission president. If I am not mistaken, President Monson was 32 when he was mission president.
