(Decisions for Successful Living pp 164-65) TLDP:497 Therefore handicapped people were not valient enough in the preexistence.

I have wondered the same thing, I have a brother and sister who are both severely disabled. I did some research and found that prophet sear and revelator Harold B Lee had this to say... (Decisions for Successful Living pp 164-65) TLDP:497 So I guess this means that you weren't valient enough in the preexistence fight with Satan and therefore under penalty you were given physical limitations.
