I think the best answer you could get is to pray, find helpful Bible verses that you can relate to or can help you, and search your heart and discern if joining the church is what would make you happy or happier. Personally, I've had no problems with the church whatsoever. it's a wonderful church. Missionaries welcome you and anyone. They'll definitely help you.

Hello everyone. Obviously I'm new here and very interested in the LDS Church. I thought I'd try finding a few forums where I could interact with people about the church on a hopefully positive level.
