Hi there. I'm sorry you are going through this. You are not alone and have Heavenly Father to help you through this. Having just found out about my own husband's infidelity this week, I'm having to work hard on keeping him from losing it. I think we need to help ourselves by getting well - spiritually, emotionally, etc. Going to the Temple provides such blessings. I went there myself. I hope you find peace and stay strong.
