Thank you LDSVALLEY, I really appreciate the sound advice. I have only been a member for 3 years now and this is my first leadership calling and I want to be sure that I am not over-stepping (or under-stepping!). I am blessed to be working with 3 awesome guys that I know will help guide me, but I wanted to do some of my own due diligence too.
