I take it that many of you have singling out one word, "physical" and tried to make it mean something that it does not mean. I take "physical ... limitations" to mean something very similar to "nationalistic limitations" or in other words, if you are in a physical location on the earth that has limited access to the word of God. Even if it means something else, does one obscure quotation of personal opinion from a Church leader make it the doctrine of the Church? No.
