  1. The plan seems to be working beautifully. MUAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!! B)
  2. All I can say is that I hope there is another method to having spirit children.
  3. I leave that between him and God. I guess the bishop is satisfied with the interview. I am not sure I should get involved in it. The short story is this. In 2005 my husband left the church to attend the local Calvary Chapel, was baptized (as far as I know this wasn't considered to be a church joining deal), & started coming to church with us in November 2006. The bishop is aware of all the details and I guess whatever is said during the interview is satisfactory for him. My husband went on his own (without my knowledge) to ask for his TR again. When the bishop told me a just about fell out of my chair. The reason for the bishop telling me was that he wanted to renew mine (even though I still had a year left on it) so that it would be like a fresh start for both my husband and I. VR
  4. It's kinda like a fun house here... Never know what's around the next corner. He usually is the one to suggest that we go to the temple. He says he likes going and likes being there with me... But he acts so angry with me for the next few days after we have gone. Kinda like he did me a favor now I owe him one. Well I think I derailed the thread enough. VR
  5. I am so looking forward to it. I hope my husband will be willing to attend the Priesthood Session. Since my son has been able to attend he has had to go with an Uncle or Great-grandpa. I really wish he was willing to put forth more effort. He won't attend priesthood and refuses to go on Fast Sunday. He sticks around for opening exercises in Priesthood then either leaves and goes golfing or sits in the foyer reading his Bible. Won't read any of the other scriptures and claims the lessons taught in Priesthood/RS are the teaching of man and not Christ. Sorry for the vent. VR
  6. I eat it on my toast while drinking my hot cocoa. Hot cocoa just isn't the same with out it. As for UMW I defer that Morningstar. If I told you I'd have to kill ya and I hate blood. Morninstar delights in torture of this sort.
  7. My hubby tells me I was just practicing for the military.
  8. Welcome. VR
  9. You are very very close. My father went on his mission to Australia and met my mother while he was there. I absolutely love Vegemite and 3 of my 4 kids enjoy it as well. Unfortunately I ran out about 3 months ago and am in severe withdrawal. (Yes this is a shameless beg for a care package. B) ) VR
  10. Oh good... I was really starting to go crazy from the nightmares this was causing. Oh wait, hubby says I was crazy before that. VR
  11. Well here comes another UMW member. Well actually I am a UMW in training. I am waiting for Morningstar to say whether my "good-works" meet with her approval. I am VegemiteRose. I was raised in the church and met my husband when we were both in the military. I was in the Air Force and he was in the Army. We have been married for 13 yrs. We have 4 children, 3 boys and 1 girl. We live in Oregon. I am a SAHM and a college student. My major is psychology and I have a long way to go when taking 6-8 credits each quarter. I do more lurking than posting usually, so I probably won't be "heard" a great deal. I am glad to have a place like this to come "play". VR
