  1. n a recent interview with a priesthood leader he said "If the prophet told me to kill my family I would". To me this is blind obedience. I'm questioning whether I can raise my arm to the square and honestly answer whether I sustain my leaders know that I know this about him. 1) Does this meet your definition of blind obedience? 2) What triggers whether you stop "sustaining" a leader? I tried to provide references, but I was blocked for two weeks and then this topic was locked. What kind of closed mindedness is going on here? I asked the same question at http://www.mormonapologetics.org/index.php?showtopic=28126 and got some thoughtful answers. If you are interested go there and read the discussion. Apparently some questions can't be asked here. ff42: This topic is inflammatory, you have no proof this interview ever happened, and many members of the church find it highly offensive when it is implied that they would shed innocent blood on command. If you have found success with this discussion at mormonapologetics.org, I suggest you keep it over there. Thread closed.
