Judas being a Son of Perdition. Thats a topic that has been debated for years. 10 years ago, me and my father were talking about this and all the “qualifications” that one would need in order to become capable of commiting the unpardonable sin. In short, the answer would be, at the very lest, Judas would be an accessary to murder, the most, yes he is a Son of Perdition. However, we dont know everything about becoming a son of perdition and all that it takes. From one aspect, it sounds like anyone could commit that sin, yet in truth, pretty much only that who have seen God in the flesh are “qualified”. If we want to understand more on Sons of Perdition, then we need to look at Cain. Cain completly turned his back on God after walking and talking with him in person. Cain never regretted but Judas did, so we’re really not sure if Judas is a son of perdition.
